As with last month, this update will be short. Between work and making all the final decisions on the house we barely have time for much else. We do think we'll be able to get Certificate of Occupancy the third week of May. Move-in time is coming!

House Construction Update

Everything is coming together. I don't have any shots of the inside, but next month I'll have some without all the protective covering for the floors so things really look finished.

Outside, we have a back patio now along with an almost finished driveway and front steps.

Movies

  • Sisu: Road to Revenge (2025) is basically a cartoon. Same main character as the original film. E
  • The Devil Wears Prada (2006) was a film I kind of remembered from seeing back closer to when it was released. Wanted to rewatch it with the sequel coming out a long twenty years later (it'll be listed next month). It's actually really good. It got me excited to see what these characters have been up to.
  • Michael is the Michael Jackson biopic. Really enjoyed it even though a big part of the movie is made up of re-enactments of some of this standout performances.
